Returns & Exchanges

Our aim is to provide quality products and excellent service. If you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, please follow our return and exchange guidelines:

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, return it with your order number. Upon confirming the issue, we'll promptly dispatch a replacement.

Exchange Policy

We don't offer refunds but allow size exchanges under these conditions:

  • Request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange with transportation fees.

  • Initiate the exchange by emailing

  • Ship the product to our address (provided upon acknowledgment).

  • Cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • Include your name, address, email, and desired size in the parcel.

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.

  • Unused, unworn, undamaged, with labels/tags intact in original packaging.

  • Size exchanges available with shipping/COD costs deducted. Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.

  • COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing

  • Customer agrees not to dispute CDStars' decision.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If the size is unavailable, we'll issue a credit note for your next purchase, valid for 30 days.

Partial Order Exchange

Eligible products can be exchanged within 48 hours.

Fit Issues

Request a size exchange within 48 hours. If the size is unavailable, receive a credit note.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

  • Exchanges not accepted for dissatisfaction with material or color.
  • Products meticulously crafted; variations expected.
  • 10-12% color difference may occur.
  • No exchanges for washed or worn products.
  • SALE section products not eligible for returns or exchanges.
